Park Shin Hye’s fans are in
for a treat. After an absence of almost
9 years , Park has finally step foot in Malaysia once again. This time, as the ambassador of ITSU’s new
massage chair, “VVS”. The good news is ITSU has lined- up two special
appearances instead of merely one session.
The first function is at 1Utama, followed by another at IOI mall. The event was very well organized and started
on-time (no long unnecessary delay like the dreaded Bonia event last
year). There is no overzealous security
blocking fans’ view or allocating prominent spots for “syok sendiri” (self absorbed)
influencers/KOLs. Genuine fans are given the priority to be at close range with
the “Judge from hell” star. Kudos to the
event organizer and ITSU ! Even the emcee was a breeze of fresh air (fluent in
Malay, English and Chinese) and not lame like most of MYFM’s deejays. Prior to
Park’s appearance, a local dance group entertained the audience with a medley
of k-pop hits for around 15 minutes.
Donning a white dress with hair extension (she was spotted with a short
hair- do at the airport), Park exudes such elegant aura as she made her way to
the stage. Park greeted the elated fans
and officiated the event by autographing the VVS massage chair before moving on
to a short Q&A session (watch the clips for more details). Apparently
ITSU’s VVS Empress is no ordinary massage chair. Aside from having the massage feature, it
also comes with a state of the art vibrating mode which aids weight loss
without having to exert yourself physically.
The size is pretty small, just nice for home owners who doesn’t have
much space to spare. Park shared that usually she is tired when filming
commercial but it’s not the case this time. She felt relax and very comfortable
as she is able to enjoy the multiple features of the massage chair during the
commercial shoot. I have to admit the
size and slimming function have piqued my interest as well. ITSU clients also
have the chance of taking a group photo with the celebrity. Park also mentioned
that her fave k-pop song at the moment is “Golden” (the song from Netflix’s
“Kpop Demon Hunters”). Park received massive accolades recently after her kpop
dance routine at her 2025 fans meeting went viral. Her cool and skillful dance
moves left many surprised and captivated.

Charmaine Sheh 佘詩曼 at the grand opening of On Lee Noodle Shop at Pavilion KL - 26 July 2025
On Lee Noodle Shop has been
gradually building up the hype in social media about their grand opening at
Pavilion KL , which happens to be their first overseas venture. The main draw is of course, having the ever
popular Charmaine Sheh gracing the opening ceremony. Charmaine looks stunning in a fiery red
dress, as she sashayed on the red carpet, surrounded by sea of fans. What a
sight to behold ! Charmaine is visibly
touched by the enthusiastic reception from the local supporters. It’s been two years since her last trip to
Malaysia, for the location shoot of TVB drama, “Heir To The Throne”. Charmaine shared that she is a regular and
longtime patron of On Lee Noodles. She
highly recommends their noodles with fish balls. Also, shared that On Lee Noodles has revamped
their menu to include some local dishes, in-order to suit the local
tastebud. Charmaine revealed that she
had just wrapped-up the sequel of “Queen of News” and is currently taking a
break from shooting. Hence, this time
around, her mom joined her for the short excursion to KL (for both biz and
pleasure). Charmaine expressed that she
is always thrilled to be back in Malaysia and thanked On Lee for the
opportunity to meet the local fans whom many were longtime avid supporters. Now that she is free from filming commitment,
she jokingly said she could enjoy her food binge here without having to worry
about gaining weight. Yes, she has
already treated herself to durian upon arrival.
She certainly aged like fine wine, such
smooth complexion and with a super hot body to boot. She definitely looks at least 15-20 years
younger than her actual age, 50 year old !! From my observation, the only HK
actress who can draw such massive turnout is only Charmaine. Fan club members also gifted her with the
Thai limited edition Labubu and a Doraemon cake.
