Leo Ku "Amazing World" concert promo in Malaysia (古巨基Amazing World 世界巡回演唱会2012-大马站) - 24 November 2012

Looking back,Leo's romantic ballads used to be regulars in my car stereo playlist. Yes, even the cheesy ones. I'm not implying that Leo's more recent efforts have deteriorated but he seems to have become too predictable for comfort. "告別我的…戀人們" becomes addictive after a few listen but hardly a monster hit. Has he taken a wrong career route by switching to EEG stable? Having watched the concert dvd of "Amazing World", it is far from amazing. It takes a lot more than extravagant props and costumes to save the day. 爆了 and Party King medley caught my attention for awhile and a good attempt from Leo but do not expect fancy dance moves cos all he does is move his limbs in robotic manner. I'm skipping his Genting concert as he hardly stir any interest in me these days. It was thoughtful of the organizer to arrange Q & A session between Leo and fans, which is not a norm in most promotional blitz. Can't say the same for the emcee whom I have never seen before. Since when is asking Leo whether he has been to Penang for vacation a personal question that invades his privacy ?! Kudos to Leo for responding aptly to the question. A handful of fan club members were late for the event but rushed to the front with imposing placards (especially the inconsiderate burly zitty fella with guitar), distorting my view !
