Our favourite medical team from TVB will be back on our screen on 4 Nov!. To hype things-up, Tavia, Lawrence, Benjamin and Lawrence (who has not aged a day since I saw him a decade ago) were at 3 different states to promote “The Hippocratic Crush II.” Both Benjamin and Mandy’s singing were not impressive at all when they participated in “Voice Of Stars” but during the event, they were actually quite apt performing live. Benjamin deliberately emerged from backstage to take a pix with Mandy on his cellphone and gave her a hug of support when Mandy was singing. How sweet and oh, my ! so into their lovebird characters ! Lawrence will not be involved in any love triangle with Tavia and Kenneth. Instead, he will be romantically linked with newbie, Tracy Chu. Many are concerned about this May-Dec relationship, especially appearance wise. There is no cause of worries, folks. For a 49-year-old, he can still easily passes-off as someone in his mid- 30s. As seen in the trailer, we will have two pair of newlyweds in the sequel ( Tavia-Kenneth/Mandy-Benjy). One more new addition to the cast that gets me all excited is Louisa So. I missed seeing her in TVB productions. Astro also announced that there will be a change to the annual AOD awards. For the first time, TVB will be the organizer, aided by Astro. This time around, voting will be opened to all Malaysians instead of just Astro subscribers. Voting period is from Nov 1 to Nov 22. The award ceremony will be held on Sunday (Dec 1, 2013). To date, there is no further information on ticketing. I have a hunch that Chilam is most likely to make an appearance at the award ceremony since he has a concert at Genting, a day before.
